WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
It's an 8-Week, all inclusive program that gives you everything you need for a full body transformation (for all fitness levels and fitness goals) including a personalized diet/meal plan to follow, workouts and my coaching for the entire 8 weeks to keep you on track and ensure amazing results!
Oh yeah! - You also get an entry to compete against the other members for the best transformation and win (cash) prizes! Yes, that's the Challenge part - but don't worry, it's completely optional!
*** Due to Covid-19 and gym closures, this challenge will offer extremely effective At-Home Workout options in addition to Gym programs.

Thank You for your Fall 8 week challenge 2021 program! This was a really great program. I could have done better with the diet portion but I have a 9 and 7 year old and I usually end up eating what they eat. The workouts are great and I have been able to hit a 9.25 min mile! The support group is nice too. I hope to do more challenges in the future to get to where I want to be.

This was an awesome experience. This program helped me get closer to my goals. With the help of Carriejune and crew I received the knowledge and tools to lose 24 pounds and 6% body fat in a matter of 8 weeks. I also gained and maintained 3 pounds of muscle while on the shred plan. I got to keep eating certain foods that I liked, in moderation, and I have the knowledge forever to keep going. Best program I've found to keep me motivated!
It’s been about 3 weeks with this challenge and I love every time my husband notice and tells me how lean my body it’s starting to look. I love this challenge not only for the wide variety of foods it tells us we should eat but also for the type of workout which look easy but feel they’re really making an impact on my body. I fully recommend CJs trainings!

I was skeptical prior to joining the Legs/Booty program because I've never done anything like it before. In the last 5 years, I have had some major life changes (moving from NY to CA, leaving behind my family, friends, and career, and shortly thereafter, getting pregnant with my third child). I struggled with reinventing myself and couldn't seem to get back to where I wanted to be physically. I know it sounds cliche but your program was life-changing. The macros component was incredibly impactful. I have been a "clean eater' for years but understanding the calorie component broken down into protein, carb, and fat percentages and calculations was an absolute game-changer. The workouts were easy to follow and I loved that I could adjust the intensity based on my personal fitness level. I lost 12 pounds during the program and gained an appreciation for my body that I haven't had in years. I am not only comfortable in my clothes (especially shorts, which I avoided wearing for years) but in my own skin. I have experienced an incredible shift in my overall mindset and confidence in my appearance. For the first time in a long time, I love and appreciate my body instead of constantly, negatively picking it apart. In the last 2 weeks, 8 different women have commented about how toned and defined my arms and legs look and asked what I have been doing. I couldn't rave more about your program to them! Went thru the Summer 2021 Challenge, and decided to extend another round into the Fall. Really like how everything is laid out for you very clearly and precisely. Love the support from the online group as well!
