WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
It's an 8-Week, all inclusive program that gives you everything you need for a full body transformation (for all fitness levels and fitness goals) including a personalized diet/meal plan to follow, workouts and my coaching for the entire 8 weeks to keep you on track and ensure amazing results!
Oh yeah! - You also get an entry to compete against the other members for the best transformation and win (cash) prizes! Yes, that's the Challenge part - but don't worry, it's completely optional!
*** Due to Covid-19 and gym closures, this challenge will offer extremely effective At-Home Workout options in addition to Gym programs.

This is my second challenge. I started it mainly to get muscle strength back. As you age you lose mobility from inactivity. I could already feel it happening. The program is very flexible giving you high standards to work towards. Carriejune and her staff are always available to answer your questions and find alternatives to exercises. They will answer all your questions about Macros and never make you feel stupid for asking. I’m on my second challenge and working away it . I’m started with the Spring Challenge at age 46 and 265 lbs. Now I’m in the Summer Challenge getting ready to turn 47 and now weigh 249. If you want to do it you just have to do it

This program is great! The first week humbled me!! But the second week went waaay better. I was actually able to finish it and feel good about myself and proud of myself. The meal plan I thought was gonna kill me due the calories I could eat a day. I was obviously over eating due to normally eating a lot because I did powerlifting so this was a huge change and I’ve actually stuck pretty good to the diet. I’m really proud of myself for trying something new and scary and the results are going to be amazing. I can already tell a difference from the first day to now!

Just finished week 2 of MiniBeast Get Fit for Summer 8 Week Total Body Transformation Challenge and it is a game changer. For somebody that has started their fitness journey in 2014 sometimes you plateau and get too use to a routine. This challenge so far has pushed me harder than I could have done just myself. All the information has been very helpful especially the nutrition portion (which I have struggled with for years). At first I was on the fence before signing up but it quickly became the best thing for me and my body!

Im a mother of three and have been working out in the gym for the past six years, with some good results, but I’ve never had abs. Having abs is a goal of mine. I’ve completed my first week of the challenge and I feel so good! I’ve never understood how macros work, and within a day, I’ve got it down. This program is incredible! I have been going to the gym for the past 3 months but wasn’t seeing much progress. I have done 2 days of the program so I don’t have physical results just yet but this was a booty pump I got from one of the workouts!
