I'm finishing up the New Year 8 week transformation challenge and it's been amazing! I'm so happy with the changes I'm seeing. I'm down about 10 pounds since starting but I look and feel AMAZING. I’ve done a lot of fitness programs throughout the years but never found one that I loved so much! The workouts are challenging and make me feel so strong! I am loving the program! The first week was super hard to get the hang of the food. It is my first time dealing with macros, but the PDF has been so helpful and it has make it possible and easy to figure it out. My workout are constant and hard. The first week I wasn't able to finish almost any of the sets and now I am able to finish them and got up on the weight!!! I'm super happy for the changes that this challenge is giving me in my life!

So far the workouts have been much harder than I originally expected. I haven't pushed myself in the gym for a long while. Kinda just followed an old plan I had from a couple years back.
It is awesome to have something new that is really a different level of workout for me. It has pushed me to change up my routine and focus on doing the exercises to the best of my ability. I am very excited to see results over the next year. I am doing the challenge, but I love the ability to switch up the workouts with some of the other programs so I don't get bored and keep getting better. This is the best workout program I have used in a long time.

While I have not been as consistent with posting, the information provided and support given with respect to diet and exercise is top notch. So much support from other participants. This program is the real deal and you will definitely feel it. Remember to listen to your body, power thru when you don’t always feel like it, and gains as well as losses are made in the kitchen!

Amazing program for a 1st timer. Full of information that is easily understood in the PDF. The app has Workout demo videos for each excercise so you're not playing a guessing game on how to. Alternate excercises available to still achieve results. The app also keeps track of your progess during the excercises. The facebook group is full of support with the Minibeast team ready to answer all your questions and hype you up. I 100% recommend Minibeast programs for anyone who is intimidated by working out or nutrition.
