Sleep is one of the most important parts of health and wellness. We’ve all heard that before. But so many struggle with being able to fall asleep and stay asleep at night, it feels like a never ending battle of wills.
Between working, sometimes multiple full time jobs, taking care of the household, figuring out what to cook our families, figuring out how to get a good training session in, figuring out how to be healthy without breaking the bank, sometimes the world can feel like it’s a never ending merry-go-round and you cannot get off to just relax and breathe.
I see you! I know how it feels to try and lay down after being pulled in 9 billion directions, try to get 6-8 hours of sleep and do it all over again.
When Overnight Shredzzz Extreme came into my routine, I remember feeling like “yeah right there is no way this is going to do anything I need it to do”.
Next thing I knew, it was 7 hours later. Is that… the sun? What the what? When I tell you I awoke from my slumber that first morning to darn near angels singing in a choir, I was BLOWN AWAY!
Okay, but full transparency here, I’ve literally never really had a problem falling asleep at night, my issue has always been STAYING asleep. While I do still take the Overnight Shredzzz Extreme for all of the amazing benefits of staying asleep, my husband was the true insomniac of the bunch. Literally in 13 years together I have memories every night of him waking up for God knows how long, doing God knows what because he just couldn’t sleep. A little known fact about my husband is he SWEARS everything is a snake oil. He will tell you until he’s blue in the face that everything I’ve ever tried is all in my head. In his defense, sure most has proven to be all in my head but, not the point of this story.
Another little known fact about my husband is he’s always been a “sleep eater”. Literally before we embarked on our health and wellness journey there would be mornings he’d wake up with Little Debbie wrappers on his side of the bed and he’d have zero recollection of doing it! It blew my mind that he was able to climb stairs, grab food, eat it while standing in the kitchen, then come back downstairs to bed with zero wherewithal that it happened!
The first night of taking Overnight Shredzzz Extreme, he woke up and was shocked. He told me he didn’t remember waking up once, which again, because of his history, waking up 3-5 times in a night wasn’t unlike him. The fact that he slept straight through an entire night was mind blowing. The fact that he didn’t do his normal sleep eating was incredible! Morning after morning, he’d wake up completely refreshed from the night before without making crazy sleep eating or rolling around trying to get comfortable. Wild!
One thing my husband does struggle with is feeling hungry the next morning after sleeping. Maybe because of his previous sleep eating habits? Who knows! All I can say now is that after taking the Overnight Shredzzz Extreme, he is ready to eat within 20-30 minutes of waking up! Going from being up for sometimes 3-4 hours before his first meal to eating his first meal within 20-30 minutes has been insurmountable for his fitness journey and kick starting his metabolism in the morning!
