I love this set and the color and the fabric! My only complaint (which won’t stop me from wearing them) is that they are very see through :( I am pale and tattooed and all my tattoos are visible through them.

Let me start off by saying, the last 8 weeks, I hadn’t been completely locked in. Calorie wise, I wasn’t in a deficit. I was more at maintenance or a little of a surplus. And protein was a challenge for me but I did my best with about 150 each day. I didn’t do much cardio and I am still working on my anterior pelvic tilt. I’ve had two kids in the last 2 1/2 years so I’m still working on my core strength. Which is probably why I still use some of my glutes to compensate for my posture. I also haven’t gotten the best sleep while doing this Plan because of my 10 month old.. I also still probably have hormonal fluctuations.. So muscle growth is probably a little slower.. But, now that I’ve gotten all of the ways and reasons why my progress could have been improved, I do see a difference in this plan! Everything that Carrie provided was very beneficial and definitely challenged me! I have been in the gym for about four years. And in those four years, it has been really Difficult to find what is working best for me, As far as losing fat, gaining muscle, especially my glutes.. This plan was great for me as someone who is finally understanding fitness. As of this week, I have purchased another plan by Carrie that is now focusing on toning and tightening.. I’m hoping that I can lose the rest of this fat while still keeping my muscle. After this set of eight weeks, I will probably go back to this plan and build a little bit more of my glutes. I’m so excited to see how my body transforms!

I have been working out on and off for about 10 years now, so I actually have something to compare this product to and I can confidently say that this definitely helps tighten the skin. I have been putting this cream all over my stomach, glutes, Luv handles, under arms, bra fat, back fat, all of the above along with my mini beast thermo waist trainer and it has definitely made a difference with my loose skin and cellulite . My glutes look firmer , my stomach looks firmer , my luv handles, bra fat , and back fat are shrinking and like I said I’ve been working out for 10 years without the product so I can spot progress when I see one which is exactly why I bought 2 MORE !! I do hope MissCarrieJune sees this and continues to leave the discount sales because it’s whats keeping me going . 10/10 recommend
Really quick delivery to NZ, ordered 12th Sept, received 28th Sept (not bad when it came all the way from America), well before expected delivery date of 10th Oct. Great tracking. Love these shorts so much but unfortunately, I should have downsized as they're a bit big for me. I bought the large but for some reason I thought they would run smaller then our sizing here. In NZ, I wear a S/Med depending on where I purchase from so I'll be sticking to that when I next order. They feel soft like butter, not see through like some of the other major brands and allow for any type of exercise movements during workouts. Love the cargo look! I recommend these shorts to anyone who keeps looking at them but is hesitant to order!

Great leggings. Squat proof
(Not flipping off mini beast -- it was a joke bc my baby daddy was making fun of my fupa & fanny pack --- HAHAHA) Im 5'5 - 34 in waist 44 IN HIPS/ ASS & 190 pounds. Getting back to working out after being cleared from PT & chiro from last accident. Quality is good, material is amazing & ive washed and hung up, later tried drier -- def needs the drier to shrink again. The booty lift is good. However, if ur doing all kinds of movements, I do have to adjust my cheeks back "in the lift band built into the leggings" I ordered a L first & the compression was MEH, as I like my ish TIGHT yet flexible so im not constanlt hacing to adjust. -so I-ordered Medium & those stay in place way better & NOT SEE THRU (however I got darker colors) --- so I took a star away for the booty adjustment--( I feel like if the LIFT inseam was wider around not in thickness it would eliminate the adjusting) I also took another star away because NO POCKETS --- SIDE pockets are a game changer when ur working out & using different equipment in the gym. Hense my FANNY PACK ... Ive tried different booty lifting pants & these are my favorite for the gym -- ive recently found others with side pockets -- ima try those too.
I love these tops so much I have 5 now! I love how versatile they are too. I can wear them at the gym and go straight to the yoga studio without changing. They also hold you well enough to work as a sports bra!

Another pair of Minibeast Curve leggings that did not disappoint. They hold up to heavy lower body days. Great fit and buttery feel. The pockets ate stylish and functional.
I purchase size small - its a lil bit tight at first - the more I use them during my workout , I sweeattt a lot . Now I dont have to lay flat to put it on. I even wear it while watching TV - Its very comfortable .

I’m not sure why every bench is not built this way , 45 years of heavy benching and my shoulders need some extra consideration regarding joint mobility, this one bench allows scapula retraction- no other bench offers this. ITS A GODSEND if you plan to keep your shoulders pain free and lift the rest of your life. Best investment in shoulder health you can make !!!!!!!!! Ps nobody paid me to write this
