All Minibeast orders are shipped directly from the USA. If you are ordering outside of the USA, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged when the package reaches the destination country.
As the customer, you are liable for all customs expenses such as customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
Please note that the total on the website does not include any additional customs fees that may be charged. The post office will contact you with the amount of the additional fees, if any.
We have no control over customs and import taxes, neither can we give you a price or even an estimate as to what the charge will be. Please contact your local post office or local customs agency for more information.
If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Please note in the event you place an order and then refuse to pay the customs fees on delivery, one of two scenarios will result.
1 - The order is shipped back to us and we retrieve it - we will NOT reimburse the shipping charges as these were already paid to the carrier and we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on the merchandise total depending on the condition of the returned package.
2 - The order is confiscated by customs or does not get returned to us for retrieval - no refunds will be issued for the order in any capacity.
By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
Thank you so much for your support.
