If you are not 100% satisfied with your apparel purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund as long as it is in NEW* and UNWORN* condition.

All returns for a refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges will be issued in a form of STORE CREDIT in the exact amount of the purchase price.

Exceptions - Items purchased on sale will be given store credit for the full original retail price of the purchased item to preserve the sale discount on your exchange.

All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given.

All return/exchange requests must be received via email to returns@minibeastofficial.com or by filling out the form here within 20 days of the original order. Shipping fees are not refundable, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original order and returns/exchanges. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.

Please be sure to include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, EMAIL and REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE with your request.

Do not send any merchandise back without contacting us first and receiving a return/exchange authorization.

*Your return/exchange request will be denied if any of the following observed:

  • Soiled or Worn Pant Leg Bottoms
  • Deodorant Stains
  • Foreign Odors
  • Soiled Crotch Areas
  • Altered or Cut Merchandise
  • Perfume Smells or Scents from being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-cleaned
  • Pet Hair
  • Dirty Bottoms
  • Pilled Fabric on Inner Thighs
  • Mistreated Merchandise
  • Deliberate Damage

Delivery timeline statement - we strive to the best of our ability to provide accurate estimations for the production/shipping lead time for special order equipment. Please note these are estimations and not guaranteed by dates. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the process and it's complexity, there are many outside factors that are out of our control and can lead to delays. Special order and customized equipment (frame colors/upholstery/logos, etc.) are not eligible for return/exchange/refund due to a delay from the estimated lead time - they are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

By agreeing to place your order for special order and customized equipment (frame colors/upholstery/logos, etc.) you are waiving your right to return/exchange/refund and agree you fully understand that your order is not eligible for return/exchange/refund due to a delay from the estimated lead time, change in mind, change in financial situation, no space, etc.  Your order is FINAL SALE.
