If you are not 100% satisfied with your apparel purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund as long as it is in NEW* and UNWORN* condition.
ALL RETURNS FOR A REFUND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
Exchanges will be issued in a form of STORE CREDIT in the exact amount of the purchase price.
Exceptions - Items bought on sale can be exchanged for the SAME ITEM in a different size (dependent on product availability). Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged for a different item of full value but will be eligible for store credit in the amount of the sale price.
All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given.
All return/exchange requests must be received via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out the form here within 20 days of the original order. Shipping fees are not refundable, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original order and returns/exchanges. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
Please be sure to include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, EMAIL and REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE with your request.
DO NOT SEND ANY MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST AND RECEIVING A RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.
*Your return/exchange request will be denied if any of the following is observed:
Soiled or Worn Pant Leg Bottoms
Soiled Crotch Areas
Altered or Cut Merchandise
Perfume Smells or Scents from being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-cleaned
Pilled Fabric on Inner Thighs
