What is the challenge?

It's an 8-week, all-inclusive workout program that gives you everything you need for a full body transformation. It includes a customized diet/meal plan, workout programs, and my coaching for the entire 8 weeks to keep you on track and ensure amazing results! It's designed for all workout levels and goals, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.

Our 8-week challenge also includes access to demonstration videos and a 24/7 private support group to create a good foundation.

How do I grow my glute muscles?

The glutes are made up of three muscles: the gluteus medius, gluteus maximus, and gluteus minimus, all of which are targeted in this workout challenge. All of these glute workouts can be done at home or on the go, which make them perfect for any lifestyle or environment. Many of our exercises focus on progressive overload to maximize results.

Do I have to compete?

How long are the workouts?

Workout are roughly 1 hour, 6 days a week.

I live/work on the go, can I join?

Absolutely! This workout challenge has been designed specifically around this due to the amount of requests! No gym membership or equipment needed, as everything can be done at home or on the go. It's the perfect program for truck drivers, crazy work hours/schedules, etc. Everything can be done on the move, and the support group is available 24/7 to keep you on track and answer all questions!

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, the challenge is designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to expert! Whether you're experienced in strength training or brand-new to working out, this 8-week challenge will help you reach your fitness goals.

Do you have a program for men?

Of course! All of my programs are equally effective for men and women!

What equipment do I need for the at-home workouts?

The at home workouts are designed to require only one set of dumbbells and one set of resistance bands. I offer resistance bands on the website under the accessories tab if you need them. No gym membership or other equipment is needed.

What if I am traveling or miss some of it?

This program is available to you for life. You can start or restart whenever you would like! Many of my clients take time off during the program or life gets in the way - no problem at all. Our program is designed to be extremely flexible as life is unpredictable!

Do I have to share pictures?

NO! Submitting pictures is completely optional ... you have full control of your pictures and we only share those who have provided consent.

Can I get results with a booty workout at home without heavy weights?

Yes! Our 8-week challenge includes a dedicated booty workout for home that requires only resistance bands and dumbbells. The workouts we use (including glute bridges, lunges, squats, etc.) help create strong glutes and build shape without a gym membership.
