Great product
I love all three of the product. The first week I seen result in my stomach getting flat. I have been taking it going on three weeks now. Each week you see new results. I will be buying again.
I'll update my review later. I did about a year of eating clean and working out. I didn't want to spend money on more weights and kind of stopped everything. I gained 10lbs bleh but recently I got a weight bench and decided to try these supplements. ( The tiktok videos help kept me motivated ❤️) I started these Saturday night. I started with only half to see if there was side effects. Even with just half of the day pills Sunday, my stomach was cold, like I had been working out, and all I was doing was shopping. I weighed myself today and I lost 5lbs but I've been eating clean, too. I sleep good on them and have energy throughout the day, which is awesome at my age (42) I'll try to update later with photos
