I have a poorly ACL repair that gives me constant pain and I have trouble walking up and down stairs. Any knee over toe movement is a no-go for me. I took a shot and stared taking Mobility in mid-May. I'm still on the first bottle (almost done and another waiting), and within the first month, I noticed a difference. I'm not running or jumping (yet 😉) but I notice less discomfort walking up and down stairs and getting off the bus. I just stated working out again after years of being idle. Hopefully, this will help me strengthen my legs and knees again 🙏🏾 Recommended it to my dad. He also has weak knees from a Meniscus Tear and repair and aging.
