I’m a distance runner and have noticed better endurance when I take about an hour before my runs. I have also noticed less fatigue and muscle soreness post workouts. Have proper amino acids has truly made a difference when compared to to other performance supplements for me.

I’ve been an avid BCAA drinker but they don’t have all the essentials, I switched to EAAs but still had to add a few things to make sure I got at least a few more aminos I wanted but still wasn’t getting *everything* and wasn’t about to add a ton of powders to my drink either. this is the ONLY powder out there that has a full stack of aminos in it and tastes AMAZING! Watermelon sugar high is my favorite flavor so far for sure and you can feel the difference in muscle recovery when drinking it which is such a life saver with her programs cause they have me on my ass (in the best way) 🙏 delish 😋
