Ok, I know consistency is key, and I've been consistent for a year now, but I haven't seen definition like this or results until I started taking the mini beast gains** I highlyyyy recommend taking them if you're trying to build muscle, it's everything you need to take in pill form (which is awesome if you're forgetful like me)

So far I’ve gained 3 pounds of muscle!!
This stuff is a must have for me now! Just ordered my second bottle so I can stock up. I can go as hard as I want in the gym even if it's a work night, take 3 tabs afterwards & wake up without any soreness. It allows me to go to the gym a few days in a row as much as I want versus before where I would have to take a couple days off & stall my progress due to sore muscles. It also gives my body the nourishment it needs to grow. I take it before bedtime after a meal since I workout in the evening. This is not a magic pill tho, you will still have to be consistent and work hard but it will serve as a helping hand & give your body what it needs to meet your fitness goals. All without those annoying post workout body aches that tend to slow us down. The price is worth it too.
