I was a little skeptical at first and decided to give it a try, i have been lifting for a few years and wasn’t really getting what i wanted or what in my head i should look like. i’m on my second week and i can honeslty say i can feel and see the difference. i really like the food ideas and i’m enjoying the program and not dreading the workout now. thanks so much

I am a personal trainer/powerlifter so I did adjust and modify some of the workouts especially with upper body days. I’ve been doing this program for 3 weeks now, I definitely see my body getting more lean. it’s definitely a good challenge especially if you need something different!

I would consider myself seasoned in the gym…it’s nothing new to me. I’ve done other challenges before (not minibeast), but this one is kicking my as*. This is challenging and the soreness is REAL! There’s a reason she’s called a minibeast. I can’t wait to see the end result!
