So far it’s going good. The Marco table is helpful. Protein content is higher than I would’ve initially done. Helpful also because explained to hang on to muscle. I’m continuing to push forward. While I haven’t been perfect, I’m trying to be consistent
I like the work they definitely give me more of a sweat than my normal ones so I really appreciate them .
