I’m going to be brutally honest right now. I knew from the start that I could not take four of these because it just seemed like too much. So I started with two pills and I felt like I was drugged. It wasn’t a good feeling. I felt like my body fought sleep all night and I just felt miserable. So I’ve only been taking one pill and it took about four days to get used to it but now I love it. I don’t know if I’ll ever increase more than one pill but that’s OK. Because when I take the one I get nice and drowsy and I’ve been sleeping really good so I don’t know if it’s the valerian Root but whatever’s in it. I do like it! I just I cannot take a full dose. I’m also only 5’ 1” so maybe the dose is made for someone taller and larger.
Ive used the night shred for about 8 months. Its keeping g me from craving carbs and helping slim down alot. Im happy with this product

Oh my goodness! I usually wake up SEVERAL times on a average night. Which means by morning, I'm dragging butt and can't get out of bed. Ny first night of taking these and I slept like a rock!! I didn't wake up AT ALL! My husband's alarm went off for jiu-jitsu class and I'm ready to take on the day with him 😂. (I have a lot of energy in case you haven't noticed) I give out 12 out of 10

I use these in a stack with the Shredz 2.0. I definitely think they work better together than separately. For the overnight, it definitely helps me sleep better but I only take 3 or it is hard for me to wake up. The 2.0 doesn’t make me feel jittery or anything! Only effects I notice are things “move more” (if you get what I’m saying)… I recommend starting at half doses for the first week and then working your way up or things might move a little tooo much. They won’t make you lose weight unless you also have some lifestyle change. They are the perfect enhancer to any program!

I waited a few weeks to post a review to be thorough and honest. I absolutely love this stuff!! I only take 3 of them rather than 4 but it works really good! I sleep better, and I’m more focused. I will add, that I also take Shred 5.0 during the day. For me, the duo seems to be a perfect blend! If you’re considering this product, I really do recommend it!
