20/10! Absolutely LOOOOOVEEEE! Thick fabric that is nice and flexible but the hold is incredible. I'm 7months postpartum and I feel so secure with the tummy control and mid section support as I regain my pre-baby figure. The Velcro is strong and easy to put on. Instant hourglass. Can Not praise this product enough omg.

100 ot of 10!!! Get your sweat onn ladies!!! This one is a keeper.. comforatble but strong snatch and compression even while you do core work. I love it for cardio and leg day as well. It defintely increases the heat and I can already see a difference in my tummy. It sturdy without being too stiff and the adjustable straps move with you as you size down. I think I'll need a smaller soon! I could have gone down a size but the straps make it work.. Thanks MiniBeast!!

If only I saw this sooner! Definitely helped with my postpartum belly and since I have a toddler I’m always moving around a lot and this is TIGHT it helped my posture and brought my figure back and by the third day I was definitely less bloated and I do see a difference. I got a 3xl

Been using this waste trainer for a couple weeks I had a sweet sweat belt but that thing fell apart and was always sliding and moving and honestly was a waste of money. This belt is AMAZZZZING. Combined with the product she sells you will see results fast. I also purchased a bunch of her supplements and the fat is just falling off I’m so impressed with this company. I love this for many reasons but mainly because I have #hEDS and this support is so comfortable for all day wear. I actually bought the other trainer too and havent even tried it yet because this fits me well. I have a very hourglass shape and many back braces and trainers leave me with unsupportive gaps. This one feels great. I wear it most of the day right now.

Started wearing my waist trainer (size L) on August 2nd and using the MB heat cream during my two workouts every day. To start my waist measured at 30”. Now, 30 days later, my waist is at 28 1/2” so I’m down an inch and a half! I am currently doing a very regimented training program and watching my macros, but I definitely feel like the waist trainer has helped! I’ll probably be ordering the next size down soon!

If you’re considering getting this… DO IT! It’s literally the best waist trainer I’ve ever owned-and I have several, including steal bone ones, this is way better. The outside strap can be made so tight I can’t breath lol I attached pictures of before and after. This makes me feel super sexy and confident too!

I had a waist trainer with clips and I HATED it. This trainer is SO much better. It is easier to put on and it gets tighter than the other trainer. The zipper stays up and doesn't drop with use. The velcro straps add more pressure when you start losing inches. I'm a huge fan!

I love everything about this waist trainer and the company. This is my second one I couldn’t wait for these to be back in stock. This time I got size XS. Very comfortable velcro doesn’t come off, zipper doesn’t go down when ur lifting heavy it hugs your body like it’s supposed to, over all great quality. I am very happy with my purchase. Ordered a XL and LG they fit well. Only issue is the front lower end does not snatched your foopa and hold you in. Still have a budget. But I still wear it daily cause it also helps with my lower back being on my feet all day on shift.

This waist trainer is IT. WOW it has me sooo snatched and it is so sturdy. I have been wearing it daily since I got it and just focus on working up my tolerance. It is definitely something to get used to but it definitely does the job. I also like that it helps my posture. Love this product and everything on this site !!!!

This is my second review but this time is for the THERMO WAIST TRAINER. I am sitting at 32inch waist and the Large fits. Zipping up is a tad bit challenging but once up I still do not feel constricted. I can still effectively workout but I primarily use it for cardio. I won't wear any other waist trainer because this is the most comfortable one I have ever used. If you are debating on the purchase I suggest you get it. 5'3", 157 pounds, 32inch waist

For MINIBEAST WAIST TRAINER For starters I waited too long to wear this after my purchase. I initially ordered this when I measured myself at 31-32in waist. I ordered an XL. I started wearing when I sat at 33.5in waist and now I am currently a 32.5-33in waist and the XL fits comfortably. I'm working to get back into better shape and already feel I can order the Large. Hopefully by the time it arrives I can wear it. I am not a waist trainer fan but this minibeast version is the first one I am comfortable wearing. I do not feel constricted and I am flexible enough to do just about any exercise. If you want a comfortable waist trainer this is the one for you. I highly recommend. Hopefully my measurements help you select the right one. (Sorry for the sweaty pic in advance) 5'3" @ 158-160lbs with 32.5" waist.
